Hall Stairs Landing & Open Lounge

This hall stairs and landing, alongside an open plan lounge and high vaulted ceiling was given a complete refurbishment. All of the wood work, including the stairs was sanded back using dustless sanding technology and cleaned before being sprayed with the latest professional HPLV spray equipment for the finest finish. All of the walls were denibbed and cleaned in preparation for painting using the best trades paints. Zinsser BIN Shellac, Caparol Haftprimer & PU Satin, Polyvine Decorators Varnish, Morrells Mahogany Wood Stain, Tikkurila AR2 and Tikkurila Optiva 5. 11 old interior doors were removed and the hanging of 11 new interior doors was also undertaken during the project after they were sprayed offsite with HPLV paint spray equipment for a fine spray finish.
