James dealt with the interior and exterior decorating aspects of a dilapidations claim at the end of a tenancy of commercial premises. All works were carried out and completed to the standards required by the landlord’s dilapidations claim. After many years of dealing with various tradespeople, I am happy to recommend James in connection with the decoration of commercial premises.

We entrusted James to restore the exterior wood, window frames and doors at our house and the results were beyond our expectations. James  displayed a remarkable level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our windows and doors now shine with new life, enhancing the entire property’s charm.

After some years of neglect we asked James to look at the entrance to our property. At that point the gate was hanging off, the gate post was broken, retaining timbers were rotted and all fences looked tired. James restored broken fence timbers and posts, engineered new retaining timbers, constructed a new slabbed pedestrian entrance to the side of the garage, removed the rotted gate post and installed and treated a new post. An Iroko 5 bar gate was then treated and installed. James even dealt with 7 tons of pea gravel across our drive to make our entrance better than new.

I recently hired James for a painting and wallpapering project in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. James’ attention to detail and commitment to perfection truly impressed me.
