Dilapidation Exterior Works

This project involved a dilapidation for a listed building in a beautiful courtyard located in South Buckinghamshire, Amersham. The client required an exterior refurbishment to the building (please see portfolio for interior work on this project). All doors were repainted to amend previous contractors recent work. All Window frames and sills were cleaned, sanded & restored wherever needed with either epoxy resin or the splicing of new wood timber to make anew prior to finishing with the application of primer and topcoat.
