Fine Finish Furniture Restoration – HVLP Paint Spray

These items of furniture were restored and sprayed to a high end and durable long-lasting finish before being donated to Students and Schools in the local area. The furniture was sanded back using dustless sanding equipment at various grits prior to degreasing, cleaning and priming with a specialist primer filler with a high TDS to remove as much wood grain as possible from the substrate. All small defects were then treated with the latest specialist resin products before sanding/denibbing down and cleaning degreasing again. An alkyd enamel paint was then applied using the latest HVLP paint-spray equipment before denibbing and cleaning one final time prior to the final application of a topcoat.
